Her primary goals include enhancing communication skills, resolving past childhood challenges and addressing conflicting behavior patterns. She believes that self-awareness and knowledge of past injuries, while providing discernment and genuine support, can lead to healthy relationships, more fulfillment and peace within one’s life journey. Ariadne is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor.
Ariadne enjoys working with couples and individual adults who want to resolve trauma, develop coping strategies, learn how to decrease emotional reactivity, anxiety and depression. She is passionate about helping others resolve trauma, develop and explore personal growth and self-worth. Ariadne comes from a multi-cultural background and speaks fluent English, Spanish and German. Cross-cultural, immigration, and spiritual issues are something Ariadne is uniquely suited for. Ariadne has received training in EMDR: Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy.
