Meet SavannahSavannah Self is a Master’s level therapist and a graduate of Liberty University. Savannah enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with issues like depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, women’s issues, relationship issues, and identity issues. Savannah believes that every client that walks into her office has inherent worth and potential. Savannah strives to cultivate a space where genuineness, authenticity, and acceptance flourish. With children and teens, her goal is to collaborate with them and their families on how to best help them reach their counseling goals.
Savannah has an integrative approach to counseling and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy into her practice. Before joining Legacy, Savannah served as an ABA technician and worked with children and teens with Autism and their families. In her MA program, she interned as a counselor for postpartum women, pregnant women, and young adults. Savannah finds joy in her relationship with God, her fiance’, friends, and family. In her downtime, she enjoys baking goodies, reading, and exploring new places. |
