Meet DianeDr. Diane Pearce was the founder of Legacy Strategy, Inc. and has been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 40 years. Since retiring from Legacy in 2026, Diane continues to serve as an AAMFT Clinical Supervisor, assisting in the training of other therapists and serving as a consultant. Legacy Strategy continues to fulfill Diane's vision to bring healing and change. Although Diane is no longer available as a therapist, her influence on each of the therapists at Legacy remains.
Diane still enjoys being a faculty member at Liberty University, teaching undergraduate students and serving as a Dissertation Chair for those in the Psychology Doctoral program. She is also passionate about her role as the Counseling Services Coordinator for Mission 1:27 with Walton Communities! Historically, Diane has extensive experience serving others through teaching and extensive radio work. Diane and her husband have been married since 1987. She enjoys being a wife and mother who is passionate about leaving her own Legacy, as well as equipping others with the tools to help them leave a divinely appointed Legacy.
