Meet Diane

Dr. Diane Pearce is the founder of Legacy Strategy, Inc. and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Dr. Pearce has over 40 years of professional experience.  She has provided counseling full-time in private practice settings since 1984  and continues to offer therapy to individuals through telementalhealth. Diane is credentialed by the AAMFT to provide Clinical Supervision to AMFT's, as well as consultation to licensed professionals and others working in the mental health sector.
  
Diane specializes in relationship challenges. She also has a long history of treating those with depression, anxiety, trauma, and attachment challenges.

Diane and her husband have been married since 1987. She enjoys being a wife and a mother who is passionate about leaving a Legacy of her own as well as equipping others with the tools  to help them leave a divinely appointed Legacy. 

Additionally, Diane is on the faculty for Liberty University where she strives to equip the next generation in the integration of Psychology and Theology. She is also passionate about her role as the Counseling Services Coordinator for Mission 1:27 with Walton Communities! Historically, Diane has experience serving as a public speaker and has done extensive radio work, including hosting the “A Woman's Perspective” radio program and co-hosting the Marriage and Family Today radio program. Diane has been a Fellow with the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy since 1984 and a Clinical Supervisor with AAMFT since 2011.
